Keshun Aquacoat 680 technical dossier
Applications
- Exposed waterproofing of concrete roofs, metal roofs and terraces
- Waterproofing repair of exposed surfaces
- UV-resistant top coat over polyurethane membranes
Advantages
- Used directly outdoors; weather- and ageing-resistant
- Elastic, with good crack-bridging
- High adhesion, long-term watertightness
- Single component — ready to use out of the pail
Application steps
- Substrate dry, clean, even and sound; repair defects first.
- Prime (FL1101 epoxy primer recommended), let dry over 90 minutes; re-prime if left more than 12 hours.
- Reinforce corners and pipe penetrations with mesh and a local coat at least 1.0 mm thick.
- Pour the material onto the primed substrate and spread with a notched trowel, squeegee or roller.
- Surface-dry in about 2 hours at 35 °C; dry after 24 hours, fully cured after 3 days.
Notes
- Use the pail within about 30 minutes of opening.
