Construction joints and expansion joints are the most leak-prone locations of below-grade structures. The elastic PVC waterstop is embedded in the concrete on both sides of the joint, lengthening the seepage path and sealing it. V profiles serve construction joints; O profiles with a centre bulb serve expansion joints with movement.
