Polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing bonds well to damp concrete and render, is applied by brush or roller, usually in two to three coats at right angles. Once dry, tiles can be fixed directly over the membrane, making it ideal for bathrooms, balconies and loggias.

Immersion-grade products are used for drinking-water tanks, swimming pools, landscape ponds and fire-fighting reservoirs.
