High-strength non-shrink grout M40, M60, M80
Pre-mixed free-flow cementitious grout — no bleeding, shrinkage-compensated — for grouting column bases, anchor bolts, machine bases and high-strength structural repair.
Non-shrink grout products
Non-shrink grout is a pre-mixed dry mortar needing only water. It flows freely to fill narrow gaps, does not bleed, and expands slightly to compensate for shrinkage, ensuring full contact between equipment base plates and foundations.
Buildmix Grout comes in three grades — M40, M60 and M80 — with 28-day compressive strengths of 40 to 80 N/mm², selected to match the specified design strength. Typical uses: machine foundations, rail plinths, anchor-bolt pockets, bridge bearings, void filling and concrete repair.
Frequently asked questions
How many bags of grout per cubic metre?
One 25 kg bag of Buildmix Grout mixed with about 3.5 litres of water yields about 13.1 litres of grout — about 76 bags per 1 m³.
M40, M60 or M80?
Select by the specified design compressive strength. The minimum 28-day compressive strengths of Buildmix Grout M40, M60 and M80 are 40, 60 and 80 N/mm² respectively.
