This step-by-step guide shows the "wet-on-wet" method: a continuous Demex R600 epoxy coat on the back of the stone, then cement-based adhesive applied while the R600 is still wet and tacky. The R600 layer is both a bonding bridge and a moisture barrier that protects the stone. Filmed on a real mock-up at the AA Corporation factory (Tay Ninh, Vietnam). ✅ 4 KEY CONTROL POINTS
1. R600 fully and continuously coats the stone back (0.5 – 1.0 mm)
2. Apply cement adhesive while the R600 is still wet and tacky – within 30 minutes
3. Set at once, collapse the ridges, adjust within 30 minutes
4. Protect the newly laid area for at least 24 hours
